Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
What You Can Return

Unworn, unwashed socks in original packaging.

Items must have tags, inserts, or gift boxes (if included).
⚠️ For health and hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned.
What You Cannot Return

Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product page).

Gift cards.

Items not in their original condition.
Exchanges (Size or Color)

Free exchange within 30 days if the socks are unused.

Simply let us know the size or color you need, and we’ll guide you through the next step.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged/defective, email us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll send you a replacement or process a full refund. In these cases, Dailynergy covers the return shipping.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

If the issue is our fault (wrong/defective item), we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Partial Returns from Bundles/Deals

If you return part of a discounted bundle, your refund will reflect the stand-alone price of that item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
